On 03.09.2026, Police Station Kheerbhawani received a written complaint from Sh. Hamza Bin Yousuf S/O Mohammad Yousuf Ganie R/O Tulmulla, Ganderbal regarding missing of 03 minor boys
Upon receipt of the complaint, case under relevant section of BNS was registered at PS Kheerbhawani and search was started.
During the course of investigation and on the basis of technical intelligence , police team got some cue about them.
A special police team was deputed to trace them. After continuous effort on all front of human and tech int, and follow up for a week, on 09.09.2026, all the 03 missing boys were traced at Daund Railway Station, Pune, Maharashtra with the assistance of Maharashtra Police.
They have been brought back to Ganderbal safely and united with their respective families.
