Srinagar, July 10 : The University of Kashmir on Friday announced a 10-day summer vacation for all teaching departments of its main and off-site campuses.
According to a notice issued by the Office of the Dean Academic Affairs, the summer vacation will be observed from July 24, 2026 to August 2, 2026.
The university, however, clarified that the Heads, Directors, and Coordinators of the Departments, Off-site Campuses, and Centres shall ensure that their offices function as per routine during the vacation period.
The notice further stated that examinations, if any, and other scheduled academic and administrative activities shall be conducted as per the existing schedule without any disruption.
The notification has been issued by the Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs), University of Kashmir.
