Dr. Touseef Bhat (Educationist & Environmentalist)selected to Deliver Speech at National Conference on Vision 2047: Prosperous & Great Bharat
New Delhi, 07/06/2026– Dr. Touseef Bhat, renowned Educationist and ENVIRONMENTALIST, has been invited to deliver a speech at a prestigious national conference on Vision 2047: Prosperous & Great Bharat, being held in the National Capital. He will speak on the critical theme: “*Role of Startups in Rural Livelihood*.”
Addressing the media ahead of the conference, Dr. Bhat expressed his gratitude and highlighted the significance of the platform.
“Having been selected to speak on this national stage is a matter of great honour. My address will focus on how startups can transform rural livelihoods, and specifically how this will connect Kashmir with the national economy,” Dr. Bhat said.
He further emphasized that empowering rural startups in Jammu & Kashmir will not only uplift local communities but also significantly contribute to the national economy. “This initiative is a vital part of Viksit Bharat, which is perfectly in line with the vision of our honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji. A prosperous and great Bharat by 2047 is impossible without inclusive rural growth, and startups are the engines for that change,” he added.
Dr. Bhat’s participation is expected to bring much-needed attention to grassroots innovation and entrepreneurship from the Himalayan region to the national policy discourse.
