Ganderbal, Aug 3 : A tipper veered off the road and plunged into a canal near Wayil Wudder in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday, officials said.
An official told that the tipper, bearing registration number JK16-1635, reportedly skidded off the road after the driver lost control and fell into the canal.
Despite the impact, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident, the official said.
The vehicle sustained damage and was later retrieved from the canal with the assistance of locals and authorities. Police have taken cognisance of the incident.
